Regulations Respecting Use of Lot

1) No animals other than domestic household pets shall be kept on any lot. All animals shall be kept on a leash. Owners shall immediately clean up after their pets.

2) No billboards, placards, or advertising signs of any kind shall be erected or displayed on any lot or building except with prior approval of the directors of Disney Brook Ranch Ltd. (the "Directors")

3) No fences shall be built on any property.

4) No lot may be used to operate a business.

5) No more than (1) recreational vehicle or park model on any lot at any time without the consent of the Directors. One tent shall be allowed per lot.

6) Campfires shall not be lit except on areas designated by the Directors.

7) No noisy vehicles, whether automobile, truck, snowmobile, motorcycle or boat shall be permitted on the property. ATV's, or snowmobiles shall not be operated on the property.

8) Radios, televisions, tapes, or CD players operated outside of the recreational vehicle or park models or on decks must be at an acceptable level. None after 11 pm.

9) All plans for placement of any recreation vehicle or park model shall be submitted to the Directors for approval prior to installation.

10) All lots and structures shall be maintained in a clean and neat manner.

11) No trees shall be removed from the lot without the approval from the Directors.

12) Only recreational vehicles (RV) or park models are allowed on any lot. No decks or additions shall be made without prior consent from the Directors. No manufactured home are permitted.

13) Quiet time is between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

14) Such other rules and regulations as shall be determined by the Director(s) from time to time.

Regulations Regarding the Use of Property Surrounding the Lots

1) No trees, shrubs, or ground cover shall be removed without written approval from the Directors.

2) No person shall do anything which will be noisy or offensive so as to interfere with the enjoyment of others.

3) No person shall do anything likely to damage the plants, trees, bushes, flowers or foilage.

4) No person shall use the property for the storage of personal property or the parking of motor vehicles.

5) No person shall burn rubbish or any other material on the property without the expressed written consent of the Directors.

6) Such other rules and regulations as shall be determined by the Director(s) from time to time.
