Q: Is there sewer, water and electricity with each lot?
A: Each site has an individual meter for power (70 amps). Water and sewer are deep services for year round use.

Q: Are internet and cable available?
A: Yes these services are available for those who would like them.  Please inquire about cost.

Q: Are there any restrictions on RV's (ie. length, age, etc.)?
A: Yes, RV units should be no older than 10 years, at least 22 feet in length, and in a good state of repair. No tent trailers or truck mounted campers permitted. Park models allowed.

Q: Can I live at Disney Brook RV Park on a full time basis?
A: No, Disney Brook RV Park may be accessed at any time of the year, but may not be used as a principal place of residence.

Q: How big can the deck be?
A: Please consult with the directors (Vern or Rick).

Q: Are there designated quiet times?
A: Yes, the hours of 11pm to 8 am are designated quiet times.

Q: Are storage sheds allowed?
A: Yes, storage sheds must be no more than 100 square feet and must be finished.
